蒸氣火鍋 part 2

今晚在家encore 蒸氣火鍋,材料改了為特大扇貝,特大聖子,特大鮑魚,花螺,用粥底做火鍋!

今次採用日本白雞湯底,史上估唔到咁好味!雞湯在激安殿堂購買,$19.8!total $300

首先放入白米,加入雞白湯準備好,準備蒸海鮮!最好味嘅竟然係個粥,好味到痴線!第二好味,係鮑魚呀,扇貝反而太大隻唔夠細隻咁鮮味,真係估佢唔到!
