芋蓉帶子 Scallop on Smash Taro

芋頭半個 $10

日本帶子10隻 (無須用刺身級別)如果想慳錢可一開二,以下相片是一開二之後的厚度!

先把芋頭切大片蒸到全熟,用筷子篤下佢琳琳地就可以上碟將佢壓成蓉,加入少許鹽及胡椒粉 ⋯搓成圓餅型加上少許生粉備用!

將一個個預先準備好的芋頭蓉放進平底鑊煎香,然後上碟。之後用牛油煎香已解凍了的帶子,輕輕放上胡椒鹽,煎香了放上芋頭蓉上。最後可以放上燒汁或酸甜汁也可。

這個餸菜並不難做但程序較多,客人一定會感受到你呢份用心製作的手工菜!
