蜜糖醬

先把梅頭肉用兩大羹叉燒醬,再加兩匙羹豉油醃過夜!

把叉燒放進鑊裏煎至熟透,加入蜜糖漿,收汁,即成!

等肉汁穩定後把梅頭肉設成一塊塊叉燒!

*可以加埋煎荷包蛋做碟叉燒煎蛋飯
