2020湯水篇:螺肉梭羅魚勝瓜湯

勝瓜一條 $10

新鮮螺肉一份 $50

紅衫魚或梭羅魚一份 $30

羌多片$4

先把魚洗乾淨,用紙巾吸乾水,揸上少許鹽,備用

細螺頭仔,用少許鹽及走調味,備用!

用油起鑊,放薑片,煎至香噴噴然後放魚,勿動,直至熟了再反另一邊,開始煲定一煲滾水,魚煎好的時候即時衝入滾水再加入勝瓜大火滾湯!全煲湯會變成奶白色,當湯差不多煲完成時放入細螺頭!再滾一下就完成!享用是準備一碟辣椒豉油,用來點螺頭非常美味!
