椰青瑤柱杞子栗子煲烏雞

椰青兩個 $20 (若椰青比較大放一個就夠,太甜會搶咗其他鮮味),記得放埋椰青肉

杞子20粒

瑤柱20粒 $10

栗子12粒 $15

馬來西亞烏雞半隻 $30

水 (兩大碗)一份椰青三份水

*也可以選擇放響螺,提升鮮味

先把椰青打開將肉和水放進煲內,加入其他材料,煲完後再放少許粗鹽! 人間極品就在你眼前!
