眉豆花生蓮藕紅蘿蔔烏雞湯(兩人份量)

蓮藕 $5

急凍馬來西亞烏雞半隻$34 (味道一流,又方便)我會預先叫凍肉店幫我將雞用電鋸一分為二,你睇吓啲切口幾整齊😀,因為兩個人用一隻烏雞比較浪費,半隻已經係出味。

紅蘿蔔兩小條 $5

合共 $54

先把眉豆花生浸半天,然後放入所有材料,大概煲兩個半小時! 這個湯特別適合喜歡吃湯渣的人😚!

唔放蓮藕,可以採用冬菇!
