日本炊飯

三人份量材料

豬肉碎 (預先調味)

冬菇 (切🔪絲備用)

甘筍 (切粒備用)

日本珍珠米 (兩mug半)

蔥花 (飯熟後才灑上)

(代替煲飯的水)

亨氏雞湯

鰹魚汁 (呢個汁係重點不可缺少)可於759購買

冬菇水 (少量) 

老公話如果再加點紫菜碎在飯上更加有睇頭!

當然也可以選擇其他材料例如栗子及南瓜等。

呢個飯雖然可以用電飯煲煮,但用Le Creset 這種煲慢煮效果更佳。
