節瓜紅衫魚豆腐湯

節瓜一小條 $5

紅衫魚四小條 $35

豆腐 $4

羗八片

先張魚洗乾淨再用紙巾印乾,煲定一大煲熱水,節瓜切條或粒備用。

燒紅鑊,下油放入羗片,再放紅衫魚,煎熟一邊,小心反轉,再加豆腐在另一邊煎,魚同豆腐煎好,撞入滾水,再加節瓜。

大火煲五分鍾轉中火煲十五分鐘,奶白色鮮甜魚湯即成!六碗水煲成兩至三碗。

如果俾老人家飲,可以用魚湯袋或用湯筲箕隔骨!
