自家菜:枝竹冬筍炆牛展

由於工作繁忙所以能夠喺屋企食飯其實是一種幸福,唯有提早星期炆定一煲餸星期一放工回來就有啖好食!

最靚嘅牛展可以喺City Super搵到一份,大概100至$130不等, 視乎大細,用來整台灣牛肉麵也很適合。

枝竹大概$10,冬筍隨意,而我剛剛喺上一個日本旅程買了一包日本國產萵筍,用來炆牛腩最適合。

先用姜片起獲放入牛展,漿料方便可選選擇或咖喱醬也可以!蚊嘅時候可以加入清雞湯及冰糖慢煮!
