水晶梨果皮雪耳煲豬展湯

你冇睇錯今次我用嘅材料係水晶梨🍐唔係雪梨,你可以試吓真係甜好多架,其實而家啲水晶梨唔係好貴,好似我咁係街市買咁大個水晶梨四個都只係$20。

首先將雪耳同埋果皮預先浸水,然後水晶梨兩大個去皮切件,南北杏少量,果皮一大片,豬🐷展一大個,最好加兩三粒乾無花果(先浸水),大火煲兩小時,就ok了!

如果你家都用壓力煲,當然更方便!
