Brunch 4非同凡響,仍冇鼓掌

今天再來一次brunch ,昨天一早已雪定士多埤梨,解凍了麵包及蝦膠。

主菜包括士多埤梨yogurt drink 及非同凡響芝瑕堡。

先做strawberry yogurt drink, 用已雪冰了的士多埤梨加原味yogurt加少許lemon juice 再加少許蜜糖,攪伴一分鐘,即成。不要攪太久,有少許士多埤梨肉更好味。
用舊式電飯煲,不用加水,bake 麵包。兩邊轉下,等每邊都crunchy。

再用平底鑊,張已用上生粉的瑕膠,兩邊煎香。
再加上芝士,成了。

可惜我家主人話麵包配牛油較好,yogurt drink 配沙糖較適合,瑕堡要加tartar sauce. Yes SIR.
