新菜式,蒜頭豆士炆麵巾

這款菜式,凍熱食佳而,可一早煮好,放進雪櫃作冷盆。
*可同時加入硬豆腐
*先用熱水將麵巾走油。
*若可食辣,可加辣椒醬

    入面有無肉呀?咁點整㗎?

      Very easy .. No meat
      1) Just pan fry the minced ingredients
      Add the 麵巾
      2) Add oyster sauce and little water and sugar and little soy sauce
      3)Cook until the water evaporated
      4)Put into a container and put inside fridge
      5) serve when meal time
