Bbk Day 2 – 學泰菜篇

早上10:30 am o難完早餐,小歇一會,就乘的的去學泰菜,呢間泰菜學校係大考介紹,好掂,兩個字”超值”。環境超舒服,老師超攪笑,地方超清潔,價錢超底(1000 bhat一個人),d同學來自不同國家,個個都超好人。

今天我地要學的菜式如下,每天學煮的食物也不同,可預先email查詢才佈名,
1.Spicy Shrimp Soup (Tom- Yum- Gung)
2.Fried Noodles Thai Style (Pad- Thai- Sai -Kai)
3.Northern Chicken Salad (Laab- Gai)
4.Green Curry Paste (Nam- Phrik -Kang- Khiao- Wan) + Green Curry with Chicken (Kang- Khiao- Wan- Gai)
5.Desert Rubies in Coconut Milk (Tub -Tim- Grob)

首先呀sir分給每人一個攬,一支水,再帶我地去巿場買餸,解釋各樣蔬菜的用途,泰國人用好多香料,佢一一說明,個市場好熱,我d汗不停流。單說茄子已經有white eggplant, peanut eggplant , white eggplant , golfball eggplant 太多,太多種。一到學校,我地分枱坐,個環境好舒適,再加lemongrass 香味,好正。

呀sir 成曰抽問,等我地記得,佢問冬yum Kung 要乜材料?,我話水囉,跟住佢同我老公講,I m sure your wife give you a lot of headache ..

呀sir 每味餸教煮,我地自己煮,自己食,的確好味,之後再送食譜,及一個獲鏟。由1:40學到5:30,學五樣餸,好玩,好笑,又好食。之後再幫襯老細買咗lemongrass 香”分”及一個布大象碎銀包。

Li個老細真係好有heart,成間學堂佈置好有心思,我都好耐冇見過咁有heart 既人。底佢有早課,午課及晚課,佢話遲d 可能midnight class 都有。

* 我地稱魚露爲chanel 11,因爲如果倒瀉,d味有排都吾走,魚露係7-eleven都有得買,所以叫做Chanel 11。
