BB Food – banana cake

材料 (5個; 直徑7cmx深3cm cupcake 模):
雞蛋 1隻
砂糖 10g
鮮奶 60ml
菜油 15ml
中筋麵粉 All-purpose Flour 80g
發粉 Baking Powder 1茶匙
香蕉 1條

烹調步驟:
麵粉和發粉拌勻, 過篩
香蕉切細粒, 留起少量作裝飾用
雞蛋和砂糖用電動打蛋器打發至淡黃色
加入鮮奶和菜油拌勻
加入已過篩的麵粉和發粉 (step 1)
拌入香蕉粒攪勻
把麵糊倒入模內, 放上裝飾用香蕉粒
大火蒸12-15分鐘即成
