蒜蓉牛油蝦

蒜蓉牛油蝦

材料:老虎蝦/中蝦、蒜頭、牛油、紹興酒、蔥段

調味: 糖

做法:
1. 蝦解凍,開邊,去腸;均勻撒上少量鹽;
2. 熱油(多油)起鍋,半煎炸老虎蝦至變色;
3. 蒜頭切粒放入熱鍋中,加入牛油,不停翻炒;加入老虎蝦兜炒,
於鍋邊撒入少量紹興酒,加入少量糖和蔥段一起炒,即成。
