入廚樂之竹絲雞響囉湯

這個湯是誠意推介給Winnie Leong同學。
竹料包括,
竹絲雞一隻$50(即黑色皮那種)
肉眼$20(用豬展雖然之後可以食得但冇咁甜)
新鮮大響羅三隻$80-$100(1.先用鹽冼去所有sticky liquid 2.可預先買定,用葱出水後放入冰箱)
冬菇五隻及乾響囉五小隻(最好先浸過夜)

先煲水加羌葱紹酒,放入雞出水,雞羅起,再放乾鮮響囉出水,羅起。(d水吾要)
放入涷水加所有材料大火煲1.5小時(加小少許片)再中火煲2小時。臨吃時再用大火煲45分鐘。加鹽,試味,可享用了。
嘩,超好味呀!!!
